Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Customer

In case that the customer decides to cancel his confirmed booking for any reason, the customer’s account (for example credit card or other account debited) should be credited with the appropriate amount as per the cancellation policy applicable.

Cancellation of Air Ticket

Refers to cases in which air ticket has been booked and reserved by the customer for a reserved date, cancellation charges apply according to the table here below:

Cancellation of Hotel Accommodation

Refers to cases in which hotel accommodation has been booked and reserved by the customer for a reserved date, cancellation charges apply according to the table here below:

30 working days or more before the date of check- in Hotel (high seasons or holiday period) 100%
Less than 30 working days before the date of the check- in Hotel 100%

 Cancellation of an Activity, a Tour, or other Services reserved (not includes Hotel accommodation and air ticket)

Refers to cases in which an activity, a tour, or other services has been booked and reserved by the customer for a reserved date, cancellation charges apply according to the table here below:

Less than 2 working days before the date of the activity, tour or other services (not includes Hotel accommodation and air ticket) 100%

Please note:

  • All the above refers to working days only (From Monday to Friday 8:30-16:30)
  • Notice of cancellation should only be effective when it is received by Email sent to the company: archomexialei@qieyi.mu
  • Reserved date or time for the activity means “the reserved date or time for which the customer is supposed to go on the activity, tour or other services according to the reservation made by the customer”.
  • These cancellation charges are calculated as a percentage of the total order amount for the activity, tour, or other services the customer would like to cancel.
  • The date of which the company receives the customer’s written notification of cancellation is the date we will use in order to calculate the appropriate cancellation charge.
  • No refunds are available once an activity, a tour, or a service has commenced.
  • In case an activity, a tour or other services is canceled due to bad weather conditions, the company guarantees to all of our customers a 100% full refund. However, if the activity operates, rain or shine, and the customer decides not to go, the customer will be charged 100%.
  • In case of a “No Show” or in case a customer arriving late to an activity, a tour, or a service will leave on time and the client will be charged 100%.
  • Where the cancellation charge is shown as a percentage, this is calculated on the basis of the total amount payable by the customer for the cancelled activity, tour or other services.
  • If any member of customer’s party is prevented from traveling, that person may transfer their place to someone else. In case the order was made on the name of the person who is prevented from traveling, customer must inform the company as soon as possible about this change and provide a name of the other person who will participate the activity (so the company can change the order on his name).

 Cancellation by the Company

In the unlikely event of the cancellation of an activity, tour, or other service by the company, the company will:

  • Propose another date or an equivalent trip and/or package to the client.
  • If the customer chooses to refuse that option, the company shall provide 100% full amount refund to the customer in the total amount paid by the customer to the company for the activity, or other service which has been cancelled. In case an activity, a tour, or a service is cancelled due to bad weather, it is not cancelled by the company. Then, the company or operator is not liable to provide the customs with another refund for any other charge, for example customer paid transport fee, etc.

Note: The above stated Cancellation clause is applicable ONLY in case the activity has been cancelled by the company taking into consideration of no amendment done from the customer side on the original booking.

 Cancellation due to Force Majeure

In case an activity, a tour or other services is canceled due to force majeure: bad weather conditions or unusual circumstances beyond control, the company guarantee to all of the customers a 100% refund which equal to customer’s payment.
